Since 1998, I worked for the european aviation and space industry, covering different challenging roles as manager of IT and SW Development Teams.Starting by 2010, we successively started to combine classical, plandriven waterfall projects with SCRUM elements (where appropriate and not impacting the general certifiability of the aviation products). While doing so, we archieved very good progress and customer satisfaction in the domain of rapid SW prototyping and/or the burndown of formal artefacts, inside plandriven development phases.Since 2012, I changed responsibilities and started to setup the SW Project Management Office @ Infineon Chipcard & Security.(Focus: Lean, Agile, SAFe)
