   Developed feature to optimize the end-user onboarding process to be 1 single click by the means of creating a common API, utilizing JavaScript, C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL. • Enhanced the Reports Module by integrating more user-friendly filters, including responsibility-based filters, to better the performance and security of the module, using JavaScript, C#, and SQL. • Worked with the Analytics team to include more client-categories and filters to generate relevant reports based on areas of most revenue generation, and kind of clientele to focus on, etc. • Enhanced Document Expiry Notification Job within core INSZoom application, enabling end-users to automatically receive emails for every linked client and case through 1 single process in a hierarchical manner. • Enhanced Document Management Model by introducing client-side uploads and AWS S3 storage, reducing maintenance costs of the application by at least 70%. • Introduced subscription based provision of Google Translate by incorporating the GT element into MVC based application using Object Oriented Programming. • Overhauled UI to remove all element inconsistencies and created new common UI stylings in modular way; modified notification content of emails and reminders sent to clients to improve quality of information. • Responsible for entire end-to-end project development, from BRD & FTSD creation, solution design, frontend and backend (MSSQL) development, to testing and deploying the code to production; all phases of SDLC.
