Malavika empowers women entrepreneurs and startups, helping them realize their ambitions through her work at NSRCEL and other incubators across the country. With 43 years in marketing, communication, and entrepreneurship, Malavika is a Communication Evangelist and Brand Strategist.She founded and led Saatchi & Saatchi Focus in India for 25 years as CEO, managing a diverse portfolio of marquee B2B, B2C, B2E, and Healthcare brands. Currently, she operates Brand Circle, a consultancy focused on strategic branding and communication.Malavika holds leadership roles on the boards of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam. She is also a member of the Governing Council of Mount Carmel College Bangalore. Additionally, she serves as an Independent Director for Symphony Limited and Axis Bank. Malavika is the Treasurer of the Advertising Club Bangalore and chairs the Big Bang Awards Committee. Furthermore, she chairs the Atal Innovation Mission at IIMV Field.
