About Malavika Jagadish
HR professional with a passion for people practices and organisational development. As a First Rank BSW graduate and current MA-HRM student at Loyola College of Social Sciences, Trivandrum, I have built a strong foundation in HR principles, labour law, and organisational behaviour.
