Design & Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD to create comprehensive flowcharts, layout diagrams, and General Assembly Drawings, ensuring precision and clarity for all plant design components.P & ID & 3D Modeling: Develop detailed Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P & IDs) and create 3D models of water treatment plants using Autodesk Inventor to streamline design, testing, and production.BOM & BOQ Management: Lead the management and optimization of Bill of Materials (BOM) and Bill of Quantities (BOQ), enhancing resource allocation and reducing production delays.Site Assessments & Client Collaboration: Conduct thorough site visits to evaluate client needs and provide technical guidance on plant setups, ensuring smooth integration into existing infrastructure.Process Optimization: Collaborate closely with engineers to optimize plant layouts, enhance operational workflows, and reduce inefficiencies.Team Leadership & Communication: Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration between design, engineering, and production teams, and fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.Project Coordination & Delivery: Coordinate all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final delivery.
