ABOUT MALAK BOUGADER

Ambitious, dynamic and pro-active, my personal motivation is to thrive within a work environment that will allow me to grow as an individual as much as part of the team. I have an engineering degree in process automation, and a solid 5 years professional experience in one of the leading companies in Morocco.My main expetise during this period revolved around operations management in mining industry. And was toped by a two years experience working on digital transformation and innovative projects and being an effective actress in management of change initiatives. Driven by my passion and my professional and personal aspiration to make an outstanding career and thrive outside of my comfort zone I relocated to France to persue a Masters degree in digital strategies and then to Germany to take a role as an Operations Manager in one of the leading companies in the world. Inspired by my background profile and my humble experiences, today I carry my new journey with a big motivation to \"Learn and be curious\", to \"Invent and simply\", a challenge in which I thrive to \"Think big\" and \"Insist on high standards\", working hard and having fun while \"Delivering results\" and \"Earning trust\" day in and day out. A new adventure making history in the world\'s most customer centric company =) In my work, as in my life, I enjoy evolving within multidisciplinary groups and confronting various challenges with a lot of enthusiasm and commitment, not afraid to hit a wall and always determined to go beyond looking forward to what\'s next.
