My responsibilities as a program manager are: 1) Staff the program with qualified personnel. 2) Managing the schedule, budget and accomplishments for the different projects within each program. 3) Conduct a periodic teleconferences and/or video conferences with the different team members at different global locations with and without the customer(s). 4) Provide monthly, quarterly, yearly and final technical and financial reports to the customer. 5) Manage subcontractors and suppliers within the different programs. 6) Manage national and international travel required by the different programs. 7) Write proposals responding to RFP (Request for Proposal) and to RFI (Request for Information) solicitations. Each program I managed so for is multi millions in funding and multi years in period of performance.
