About Malaika Menezes
With over 9 years of experience in talent acquisition and 3 years in Recruitment marketing, I am passionate about creating and delivering engaging and compelling talent attraction programs & strategies for EPAM Systems, a global leader in digital platform engineering and software development. As the Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Marketing POC for India, I work with a cross-functional team of recruiters, marketers, and business leaders to design and execute innovative and effective campaigns that showcase EPAM\'s culture, values, and opportunities to prospective and passive candidates across various channels and platforms.
