   In this role, I supported day-to-day logistics and sales operations while gaining hands-on exposure to the full cradle-to-grave sales process. I shadowed National Account Executives to better understand quoting strategy, lane intake, and customer communication, while also assisting with shipment coordination and internal operations. My responsibilities included researching market rates, drafting load listings, and vetting carriers to ensure reliable service for customers. I also conducted competitive research and had the opportunity to rewrite the January Sales Class job posting, which was ultimately adopted by leadership to strengthen its messaging and candidate appeal.This experience helped me develop strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills while giving me a deeper understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry. Grateful for the opportunity and everything I learned along the way.
