   I monitor daily student entry and exit in the library and oversee the sign-in process for computer usage. I log and manage this data in Google Sheets to ensure accurate records and support library operations.I focused on creating a great user experience by clearly communicating policies and helping students understand how to use printing and digital resources. This led to a 95% compliance rate. I also worked closely with supervisors on strategic projects and tasks, consistently meeting tight deadlines and staying flexible as priorities shifted.To improve efficiency, I redesigned some of our manual data entry processes and added quality control steps. That gave us more accurate data, which we used to spot usage trends and better allocate resources during busy times.
