Lead corporate strategy and investor relation functions.\\\\n• Enhance and cultivate stakeholder interaction by delivering comprehensive understanding of the company’s strategic outlook, financial performance, and operations to the investment community.\\\\n• Provide strategic input and insight on future financing plans, helping to evaluate creative financing strategies, generating options/alternatives for accessing capital, as well as supporting financial evaluation of these transactions.\\\\n• Manage competitive intelligence program, and help evaluate business and corporate development opportunities across the company’s entire portfolio.\\\\n• Lead a responsive, organized investor relations effort with credible and consistent messaging aligned across the organization and capital markets strategy.\\\\n• Prepare, interpret, and present stock market analysis of equity, including comparable/competitive companies, macroeconomic trends, and healthcare sector/subsector developments.\\\\n• Maintain a robust list of contacts among healthcare portfolio managers and buy-side analysts, key opinion leaders in multiple therapeutic areas, and other industry contacts.\\\\n• Oversee and manage sell-side analyst activity and perform in-depth model, valuation, and consensus analysis.\\\\n• Lead preparation of all press releases, quarterly earnings communications, investor conference presentations, conference call scripts, and frequently asked questions.
