Scheduling and executing weekly SCCM software deployments for new and updated business applications. Preparing weekly reports for managerial reviews and team meetings to align deployment strategies with business goals.Created PowerShell and batch scripts, utilizing Splunk dashboards and SysTrack to generate detailed reports for troubleshooting PC performance issues.
