WORK HISTORY
Software Developer Dotnet @Qiwi
QIWI - an international group of companies providing payment and financial services ($700m+ annual revenue)- Developed an invoice system to streamline communication between our and our partners\' accounting teams. Built the entire solution, from database to React-based front end. The system handles over in daily turnover and helped reduce reconciliation errors by over 90%, virtually eliminating manual mistakes in document exchange- Implemented a clearing mechanism for canceling transfers within the system. After launch, 100% of canceled transactions were automatically routed through this mechanism, cutting cancellation time by 3–5x and removing the need for manual operations by support or finance teams- Designed and introduced a Gateway API to connect legacy systems with new services, enabling a smooth and controlled migration to microservices. This reduced integration overhead for new services by approximately 30% and minimized downtime and risks during the transition phase.Team: 25 members. Technologies utilized.NET, MS SQL, React, NUnit, TeamCity, Kubernetes (k8s), Octopus, Gerrit, Grafana, Kibana

ABOUT MAKSIM ELISEEV
I\'m a software developer with over 5 years of experience building reliable backend systems. I enjoy solving complex infrastructure and product challenges with clean architecture, automation, and a pragmatic approach to engineering. At QIWI, I’ve contributed to key systems powering a payment platform with in daily turnover. I’ve- Built an internal invoicing platform from scratch (React +.NET), which reduced reconciliation errors by over 90%, practically eliminating manual mistakes- Developed a clearing mechanism that now handles 100% of canceled transactions, cutting cancellation time by 3–5× and fully removing manual steps- Designed a Gateway API layer that enabled smooth migration from monolith to microservices, reducing integration overhead by ~30% and minimizing release risks.Earlier at Transneft, I developed systems for oil logistics, including- A cooling time calculator for emergency scenarios, delivered from scratch to production- Performance-optimized graph algorithms for routing oil flows — 4× faster, improving response time and decision-making- Integration tests that helped reduce production incidents by ~60%, strengthening data reliability and system monitoring.I’m especially interested in roles where I can grow toward technical leadership, contribute to architectural decisions, and help teams build scalable, maintainable systems.Tech stack.NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, MSSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, React, RabbitMQ, NUnit, Git, TeamCity, Gerrit
