ABOUT MOHD MAKSUF MAKSHUF UL HAQUE

I am a freelance bioinformatician with a master\'s degree in bioinformatics from Jamia Millia Islamia, a prestigious university in India. I have a strong background in microbiome and single-cell data analysis, as well as other omics data and network biology. I have worked on various projects related to human health and disease, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to generate insights and solutions.Recently, I have worked on two projects that explore the impact of oral and gut microbiota on obesity and fatty liver disease in adolescents, using QIIME2 to perform microbiome data analysis. Previously, I worked as a bioinformatician at Jawaharlal Nehru University, where I analyzed data from control and AIDS patient groups, determining the abundance of various viral strains and performing downstream analyses, using VIROMATCH. I also worked as a research trainee at the same university, where I performed differential expression analysis of RNA-seq and microarray data, molecular docking, and PPI network analysis, under the guidance of experienced mentors. I am passionate about applying bioinformatics to address real-world problems and contribute to the advancement of science and medicine. I am eager to learn new skills, collaborate with diverse and talented teams, and bring my domain expertise and analytical abilities to the table.
