Currently working as a MT Production in Asian Paints, Hyderabad Plant. Currently I take care of Process adherence in Production block. I am also a member of 5S core team, which is responsible for driving 5S agenda across the whole plant. I am also TRACC certified Site trainer for Team leaders. Currently finished a Project on elimination of \"NVAs in SBU processing block\" and freed 50 minutes per shift of an officer. Did my MBA from IIM Mumbai in SCM. Worked on project \"end to end supply chain overhaul for new product, establish new replenishment strategy for Slow moving products\" in Asian Paints Mumbai during Internship. Previously worked in Coal India Ltd, in Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, oversaw a team of 80 people. I am proficient in Excel, data analysis, and to make sense of the data and make actionable strategy. Saved over 4 Cr on utilities cost in Coal India, and increased OFR in Asian Paints by 16% via changing replenishment strategy.
