About Mark Koeppen
I am a Principal within Deloitte Consulting’s Enterprise Performance team, based in Houston, TX. Throughout my 20-year career, I have focused on strategy development, process and digital transformation, and operating model redesign for Global Fortune 500 companies. My primary focus is to serve as a key advisor to executives and work with them to set and enable the strategic direction of the business. Over the years, I have successfully led programs to redefine organization’s visions for the future of work, integrate strategic acquisitions to achieve synergies, and transform functional capabilities to be world class. I feel fortunate to lead a diverse team of highly talented management consultants to help our clients navigate the uncertainties of today with operational strategies for long-term success. I am a 3rd generation Air Force veteran, and active supporter of the veteran community both within the local Houston area through Combined Arms and nationally through Deloitte\'s Veteran\'s Excellence Team.I have been published in the Wall Street Journal, The Journal of Petroleum Technology, and Rig Zone regarding the implications of digital solutions on financial and business process. I have participated in a number of speaking engagements including the SRP 2019 Economic Forecast Conference, AICPA Conference, CFO.com, Rice University Business School and Harvard Business School Club of Houston Executive Speaker Series.
