Manager of the commercial process for the Construction Industry Council (CIC), called Design Quality Indicator (DQI), which evaluates and improves the design and construction of new buildings and the refurbishment of existing ones. This is an important role within the CIC as it requires working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders in the UK and abroad. The role involves creation and execution of the strategy and annual operational plan of the DQI process, budgeting, financial control, project sales & development, training and promotional events and seminars, workshops & assessments, creating partnerships with clients & associations. The Construction Industry Council (CIC) is the non-for-profit representative forum/membership organisation for the professional bodies, research organisations and specialist business associations in the construction industry.
