Energetic Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer with over 15 years’ experience - Conditioning, Strength, HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Les Mills, Core Conditioning at fitness/ health clubs as well as corporate fitness facilities: Nike New York Headquarters, NBC Universal, Paramount Pictures, Viacom CBS-MTV, FOX News Corp on-site.
