Hi, I’m Makena Sweet! I am a junior at the University of Tulsa majoring in Psychology with a minor in Biomedical Engineering, with a strong interest in college athletics, leadership, and human performance. I am passionate about college football recruiting and player personnel, where relationship building, evaluation, organization, and strategic decision making contribute to team success.Through experience supporting recruiting operations and serving in leadership roles, I have developed strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to work in fast paced, team oriented environments. I enjoy helping create meaningful experiences for prospective student athletes and contributing to programs that prioritize both performance and personal development.After graduating in May 2027, I am seeking opportunities in college football recruiting or player personnel. I also plan to pursue a master’s degree in sports management, business, or a related field to continue building a long term career in athletics.I am always open to connecting with others in college athletics, recruiting, and sports leadership.
