Licensed since 2002. Listing Expert, Certified Distressed Property Specialist, Short Sale Specialist, E-Pro Expert, REO certified. 30 Years in Customer Service, 14 Years with Continental Airlines. My goal is to assist those who are interested buying and selling real estate giving 110 % to help them find the right home or giving sound and honest advice on what to do when they have multiple offers on their home in this crazy market! I received the Silver Award in 2015 and 2016 at Better Homes & Gardens which represents the top 15% in sales for single agents in the company. 2017 was not a great year for me but I was awarded something at my company that meant a lot to me! It was the award for \"Authenticity\". I was voted 3rd Best Realtor in the Daily Heralds (a local newspaper) People\'s Choice Awards in 2012 and I didn\'t know about the award. Of coarse now that I am aware of this distinct honor I have not had the privilege of making the list! Oh well, I think that has something to do with the Law of Attraction and I am still working on mastering it! I think this shows how much I care about doing a great job for my clients and how much their satisfaction means to me. I admit I\'m certainly not perfect, but I will only make a mistake once. I am devastated when I have an unsatisfied client - that could be my biggest weakness.
