MaKayla Swick is a seasoned Director of Program Management with nearly 15 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital marketing solutions to clients in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries as well as supporting healthcare applications. She has managed budgets of up to $11 million and provided general support to project management groups, while also managing her own direct reports.
