In my fourth year at the University of Iowa, I am studying Enterprise Leadership and Media Management and I am currently in the process of getting my private pilot license. My experience as a member of the University of Iowa\'s Women\'s Swimming and Diving program has taught me how to effectively lead other women to reach their goals. I have always found motivation and discipline to be essential components of my success, whether it was in the pool or in the classroom. Throughout my time with the Women\'s Swimming and Diving team, I have developed a variety of valuable skills, including time management, collaboration with teammates, and perseverance. I am eager to learn and grow as an individual personally and professionally.
