My passion lies in helping students navigate challenges, build confidence, and achieve their goals—both in and outside the classroom.With over eight years of experience in Student Affairs, I bring a background in residence life, student advocacy, and retention-focused programming. I thrive in roles that allow me to connect with students one-on-one, provide holistic support, and collaborate across departments to remove barriers to success.Earning a second Bachelor\'s degree while working full-time strengthened my belief in the transformative power of education and deepened my commitment to equity and access in higher education.
