I lead the AI Center of Excellence (AI CoE) at SEFE Group, supporting the organisation’s journey toward responsible, secure, and value-driven use of artificial intelligence.The AI CoE brings together colleagues from across SEFE’s major locations and functions, representing over 15% of the global workforce. The focus is on building shared understanding, practical capabilities, and scalable approaches to AI that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration.My role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and people.
