Started career in industry as design manager and reached level of regional manager for one vertical and all India manager for another vertical in Swifts limited during 11 years of industry experience, handling product development and marketing through different channels. Currently working in MKSS\'S Cummins College of Engineering for Women as Associate Professor since last 24 years and having PhD in computational musicology domain. Along with entrepreneurship education, I am actively involved in mentoring student startups. Worked as an advisor for setting up new ventures and growth for the established companies.
