I am communications professional with 27 years experience which includes 25 years in journalism. I worked with best brand in industry such as TOI, Lokmat, Business Standard, Mint and Mumbai Mirror. My experience in journalism helps me now while doing my current job that is General Manager Corporate Communications for Adani Electricity. It helps in pitching stories media, as I understand their requirements. It also helps me in selecting right angles while pitching stories with different kinds of media. As I know what will sell with business media, what with general media, what with regional media and what with digital media. My experience in field of journalism also helps me while dealing with crisis situations and coming out with media statements, notes and white paper within no time. I am good at content writing, interpersonal communications and have an analytical mind which helps to understand what are implications of any government policy or socio-political and economic event on sector in which I work. I don\'t loose my temper very easily, which helps me to calm down situations where tempers are flared up. I am also a good listener that, helps me in understand situation around me and find resolution to issues.
