Handling Plant & Machinery operation & Maintenance Department Project-PMAY Project (Pradhan Mantri Awa\'s Yojana, Shirdhon, Kalyan)• Cost of the Project is Cr. Vehicle & Machinery Qty – 250 No’s. In Short - • Equipment Planning/ Deployment / Facilitation/ Shifting/ Rental machinery.• Budgeting Work.(Maintaining Maintenance cost below 0.5 % of the project cost)• Responsible for managing all machines repair and maintain day to day in a cost-effective way, and for ensuring continuous operation.• Ensure Equipment Rolling Plan, timely deployment and Facilitation Of equipment at requesting site.• Giving specification of new equipment, identifying maintenance and operating needs, organize training and control asset life cycle by Maintaining Preventive & Periodic maintenance schedule.• Ensure immediate availability of substitute equipment in replacement of breakdown equipment and Ensure reduction of rental equipment and Transfer of less utilized equipment to required site. And good co-ordination between Execution, Maintenance and Operation Team. • Erection and commissioning of Equipment (Tower Cranes, Hoists, MCWP, Winch and Plants) A competent professional with over 17 years of experience in, Plant & Machinery/ Operations/ Management/ Team Management & leadership.
