Verifying and validating Client documents ofLoan Syndication and Trading Association (LSTA) & Loan Market Association (LMA) includes Credit Agreement & Assignment Agreement, Restated & Amendment agreement to setup loan asset in Wall Street Office (WSO) or Solvas (BNY Software).• Using Trade pack, Bloomberg, Faxes to investigate trade amount, Projecting & settling trades on Solvas and WSO (Mainframe Application) based on trade documents i.e. Funding memo, Credit agreement, signed Assignment agreement.• Manage and posting the processing of all the bank loan Straight Through Processing activities like Interest rate reset, Principal repayments, Borrowing, Margin changes, Facility increase, Rollover, Fees, Conversion of pricing option (Libor, SOFR etc), Split, Combine and etc.• Projecting or posting cash entries (Direct entry) to resolveCASH Breaks of daily cash flow for portfolios and Support SLA. Also Using deal manager for agent notice to investigate loan interest & paydown amount for clearing breaks on Rec and calculate the accrual interest with available. Aswell as Transfer funds within different accounts and different currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, SEK etc.) to reflect correct cash balance on portfolios.• Investigated and resolved breaks to facilitate the completion of reconciliations each day.• Performed account reconciliation for assigned deals & cashflow sent as per agreed SLA.• Reconciled of Loan Trades & Bond trades, Interest, Paydown, FX Transfer, Corporate Action,Management fees etc.• Testing New JIRA’s to smooth and convenient the flow of business.
