   I am a dance instructor at Studio S Broadway. I teach dancers starting at the age of two through adults.Manage and teach jazz, ballet, and contemporary dance to children and adults ranging from ages 2-50 both individually and in groups. Prepare for class by choreographing and creating routines and setting end-of-class goals. Use strong communication skills when delivering lessons and leadership skills when leading classes. Train and mentor new instructors with hands on exercises (team and individual training, delegate class activities, and examine progress) to learn how to teach, handle, and grow a class on their own. Communicated with school districts to schedule the classes and make the events happen. Learned the history on different types of special needs before instruction to teach the children how to adjust in a new environment, how to use their bodies to dance, and to see music as a good thing.
