Having worked in the corporate sector, start-ups, consulting, and the military, I have gained experience and expertise in Real estate, Asset management, Facilities management, Build-outs and Renovations, Operations Management, General Administration, Finance & HR, Personnel Management.My key strengths are a strong domain knowledge gained through successful and diligent execution, and ability to lead large teams. I have gained hands-on experience in executing business strategies for corporate real estate operations with a view to streamlining and improving efficiencies. I embrace innovation and leverage technology to always stay ahead in the game.Currently, I\'m leading Asset Management for ~10 million sft at Intellion Offices by Tata Realty - commercial and mixed-use assets across India. I’m leading teams who mange Operations, Engineering, EHS, sustainability, innovation and technology initiatives.I am a member of RICS, IFMA & GACS. In my career spanning 25+ years, I have developed a reputation for extreme ownership, hard work, dependability, exemplary ethics and perseverance to successfully overcome the most difficult challenges.
