She currently serves as Principal – Employee Relations, HRD at Infosys Ltd, where she provides enterprise‑level leadership across global and multi‑location environments.In her current role, Poonam leads the Corporate Grievance Management function (HEAR) globally, oversees Development Center HR for seven development centers across India, and drives the continued capability building and effectiveness of a 50+ member ER team.
