Experienced technical program manager with a proven track record of developing and managing teams of highly competent individuals in a fast paced and dynamic work environment. I have spent the last 8 years developing the leadership and management skills necessary to lead an incredibly diverse group of personnel ranging from recent high school graduates to highly experienced and tenured technical experts. While maintaining divisions as large as 35+ personnel, I have been required to balance those responsibilities with operating shipborne nuclear reactor plants and managing the safe navigation of entire Naval warships - both feats demanding expeditious critical thinking and risk management.
