WE HAVE SOUND EDUCATION BACKGROUND HAVING STUDIED IN SAINIK SCHOOL KUNJPURA, KARNAL(HARYANA) IN THE 1980s.DURING MILITARY SERVICE WE CONTINUED GAINING EDUCATION AND HAVE VARIOUS PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS and experience in ACADEMIC & MANAGEMENT FIELDS.CORPORATE EXPERIENCE OF MORE THAN 20 YEARS while working with IT/ITES MNCs gives an edge in understanding diversity of Culture, Processes, Careers and Growths for individuals.Our Chief Mentor Colonel Jaswant Singh is an alumnus of National Defence Academy, Khadakwasla and Indian Military Academy, Dehradun who has rich EXPERIENCE IN MENTORING IN ACADEMICS & PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT.He is UGC-NET qualified and Post Graduate in DEFENCE & STRATEGIC STUDIES.Founder of CAREER COMPASS INDIA Major Kulwant Singh,Sena Medal(Gallantry) is an alumnus of Officers Training Academy, Chennai, having diverse experience of operating in inhospitable areas infested with insurgency, as well as working with various Multi Nationals Companies heading their Administration & Operations Division.
