I am an IICA-Certified Independent Director and Ex-Indian Army Major with a professional focus on governance, risk oversight, leadership effectiveness and organizational resilience.My career spans military leadership, entrepreneurship, corporate advisory and board readiness, enabling me to bring a balanced, independent and disciplined perspective to boardrooms, particularly in areas of strategy oversight, risk management, ethics, culture and leadership accountability.I am the Founder & Director of Aviyatra Private Limited, a transport company, where I am actively involved in strategic direction, compliance oversight, operational risk and long-term sustainability.
