ABOUT MAJIK ABIDZHANOVA

Making things better and more efficient runs in my DNA. I am sure you have noticed the way kids like to take their toys apart and see what’s in them and then try to put them back together (or not), I am the same way with my projects and processes: I get excited when I am a part of a new initiative, departmental/organizational growth and expansion, or strategic plan. I want to learn every single little detail of how and why it works the way it works, and if there is a better, more efficient, more productive way to put it together or build it from scratch, while maintaining or expanding fiscal capabilities. One aspect is present in all of my work – the data; it serves as a pathway for making financial and administrative decisions. However, just the techniques and data are not enough to successfully manage teams or run the department/organization - it is all about the people who are involved and people who are being impacted. Being a people-person, a critical thinker, and a motivator along with the utilization of the data-driven techniques is my project success formula. If you add coffee to this formula, it becomes a super-formula. When not at work, I spend time with my family, read books, shop at Costco, and take advantage of the beautiful outdoors of Colorado. My specialties: Executive Healthcare Administration, Finance Administration, and Research Administration
