As an Excellence Officer with Kaizen, I support Owners’ Associations by ensuring smooth community operations, financial transparency, and enhanced resident experiences. My responsibilities include:Assisting property owners with service charge queries and facilitating clear communication on financial matters.Addressing residents’ and tenants’ concerns related to common areas (e.g, gyms, lobbies, corridors, and utilities).Raising and managing service tickets via Freshdesk to community managers for critical issues, collaborating daily with on-site teams, facility management, and cross-functional departments to ensure timely resolutions.Delivering final updates and resolutions to owners and tenants by coordinating closely with community managers.Handling requests such as work permits, short-term leasing, move-in/move-out procedures, and tenancy lease renewals.Coordinating with the collections team to assist owners with overdue payments, legal cases, and customized payment plans.Occasionally engaging in direct collections and urgent communications to maintain financial compliance.I actively work with digital platforms such as FreshChat, Freshdesk, Mollak (Dubai Land Department system), and Kaizen’s internal Socienta Portal to streamline workflows, track cases, and enhance customer service.Through this role, I contribute to building stronger community relationships, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting Kaizen’s commitment to excellence in property and community management.
