I lead engineering teams in structural and mechanical fields as project manager or package lead serving mining & metals, energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors. I am also actively involved in technology development projects across the company. My daily activities include providing technical direction and consultation to my team and interacting with clients and other disciplines. In addition, I lead or participate in preparing proposals, managing scope and resources, monitoring budget and schedule, developing design or assessment basis, and preparing progress updates, technical presentations, and reports for clients. I predominantly use Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for stress analysis using various implicit or explicit FEA tools such as ANSYS, LS-Dyna, DYNA 6.0, Strand7, Compress, etc.
