I am a results-driven Manufacturing Engineer with a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University (2024) and a Bachelor\'s in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University (2019). Currently, I work at Cintal Inc.(Caterpillar Inc.) in Decatur, IL, where I lead time studies, line balancing, Lean initiatives, and cross-functional process improvements on heavy machinery assembly lines. My focus is on improving efficiency, quality, and throughput through hands-on engineering and data analysis.Previously, I worked at Amazon India in logistics operations, where I gained extensive experience in root cause analysis, performance reporting, and operational coordination across multiple stakeholders. My earlier experience as a Manufacturing Intern at DRDL gave me a strong foundation in mechanical testing, quality systems, and supplier interactions.My academic projects focused on facility layout, injection molding, simulation-based optimization, and composite material design, supported by tools like AutoCAD, Simio, Minitab, and Creo.    Working on-site at Caterpillar Inc. through Cintal Inc, I lead time studies, takt time evaluations, and line balancing for the 793 for large mining trucks, Wheel Tractor Scraper (WTS) assembly line—resulting in a 15% boost in production efficiency. I apply Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) to reduce defects and drive process improvements, implement Kanban, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping, and collaborate with design and operations teams to introduce ergonomic workstations and DFM solutions. Using Power BI, Excel, Minitab, and JMP, I deliver actionable insights through continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time and throughput.
