We are developing smartergonomic wrist support paired with a mobile app to detect the early symptomsof Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS) by evaluating a user\'s wrist posture andmovements. This device takes advantage of artificial intelligence, augmentedlearning models, and IMU sensors to detect awkward wrist positions. It enablesusers to adopt a healthier posture over time and decreases the risk of CTS. Asthe Executive Director, I am in charge of the following duties:• Technical solution design and defining product specifications.• Managing the hardware design process, including circuit design andsimulation, to match product requirements.• Programming microcontrollers and electronic design automation usingProteus Design Suite.• Supervising the engineering team in developing the hardware and softwarecomponents.• Collaborating with the director of medical affairs on feasibility studies.• Launching beta tests, collecting data from early adopters for further analysisand product improvements.• Leading technical support for corporate customers, including trainingtechnical sales specialists.
