WHAT I DO: I am a Sales Coach at the SalesGym. After years of research into some of the top performing sales teams, we have gained deeper insights into how top performers sale and what the best Sales Leaders are doing to build stronger sales teams. We’ve found that there is a strong correlation between how elite sports coaches train their athletes and what the best Sales Managers in the world do to rapidly improve their salespeople. Our research, training, and coaching is designed to help sellers learn to practice, train, and rehearse the way elite athletes do and to show Sales Leaders exactly how to transform their culture so it’s more aligned with how elite sports teams train and prepare their teams for the highest levels of competition. WHO I WORK WITH: I’ve worked with, coached, and trained with leaders from companies including AT & T, Sunrise Senior Living, ONE Digital, ALCAMI, Business IT Source, and many others that are interested in a better model for training and coaching sales teams. MY BACKGROUND: I started my training and sales career 13 years ago in the insurance industry, with a company called American Income Life. There, I recruited, trained, and motivated a sales team to be number 3 internationally. From there, I became one of the top performing agents with GEICO. Since then, I have lead and trained sales teams across many different industries, including real estate, high ticket coaching, and virtual sales teams.
