About Matt Jerome

As a Senior Endpoint Engineer, I leverage my 10+ years of experience and Jamf certification to manage, secure, and automate all computer endpoints across the organization. I oversee the endpoint setup process, advise on IT strategies, create and maintain configuration policies, and implement proof of concept systems to test software viability.I also develop scripts in bash and python to integrate across systems using APIs, serve as the escalation point for the IT support team, and supervise endpoint OS upgrades and zero-day deployments. I am passionate about improving the efficiency and reliability of IT processes and procedures and collaborating with other functions such as IT Security, Networking, and Engineering. I enjoy solving complex technical challenges and learning new skills and tools.
