ABOUT MAJA RODIC
With over 10 years of experience in quantitative modelling, data analysis, and scientific research, I am a Strategic Insights Analyst and Data Storyteller at LinkedIn, the world\'s largest professional network. I have a PhD in Psychology and Behavioural Genetics, which gives me a strong foundation in developing and analysing psychometric and educational tests, as well as understanding human behaviour and cognition.I am passionate about leveraging big data analytics, data-driven decision-making, and impactful and clear storytelling to deliver valuable insights and actionable recommendations that drive business success. I use advanced statistical analytics and machine learning techniques to identify sales drivers and opportunities, customer churn and engagement, and customer journey mapping. I have proficiency in data management, data mining, and data visualisation tools, such as SQL, Python, PySpark, R, SPSS, Bash, Tableau, Data Studio, Excel, and Datorama. Most recently, I have been working with Data Clean Room to connect LinkedIn\'s AdLog data and Brand\'s CRM data in a safe and secure way, enabling deeper insights and more effective marketing strategies. I also have experience in cloud computing with both GCP and AWS, and I am Google Analytics certified.
