About Maja Pejcic
I am Services Delivery leader with years of experience in implementing and delivering optimal solutions with best Customer Experience and satisfaction. With Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering, solid technical skills and apt experience in all phases of software development, I am very comfortable with adapting to and adopting new tools and frameworks. Understanding how things work though is just one part of my broader interests, another very important one is understanding customer needs in rapidly changing market, and helping them with everyday challenges by implementing new tools that make their work easier and more manageable. My long career in different Services teams and roles has given me versatile experiences and different perspectives on all aspects of Customer Experience. I am a problem-solver, but also a people person who can bridge the gap between business teams and technical teams, understand the asks and needs and envision best possible path forward.

As Director, Delivery and Competency Management I am responsible for overall competency management of Aprimo Services team consultants and driving skill development across delivery team. I serve as Aprimo SME with operational focus on driving enablement across Costumer Experience organization. Outside of internal services team, I play a role in overall Aprimo enablement, within our partners organization and broader community, defining framework for implementation based on best practices for Aprimo adoption. My responsibilities go beyond services team, to serve as liaison between Customer Experience and Product team, helping our Product team close product gaps seen in field as well as prioritizing and identifying new relevant features to bring our customers most value.
