   Manager – Operations, SCM, Logistics & SecurityTraining newly qualified Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) pilots in various RPA methods is part of my duties as a Flying Instructor and apart from managing 400 diverse personnel to maintain operational readiness. I also conceptualize flight training syllabuses, facilitate crew training, and ensure operational readiness.Assistant Manager – Operations, SCM, Logistics, Security & ProjectsTo ensure a fruitful mission completion, I coordinated with key stakeholders, executed UAV missions, devised operational plans as the RPA Internal Pilot & Airport Liaison Officer and lead a diverse team of 150 personnel.Team Leader – Operations, SCM, Logistics & SecurityIn the harsh weather conditions of the high-altitude location, I guided a team of 400 people, regulated logistics supply by air to VUCA locations, and assisted in the introduction and de-introduction of troops.
