Responsibilities: Business development and portfolio management (80 Commercial Customers), with the responsibility to own, manage and grow my commercial portfolio year-on-year in a fast-paced market. My ambition to develop myself over the long-term and gain relevant professional qualifications has helped me build credibility with internal and external stakeholders, this has helped me support the growth of my commercial portfolio, which consists of trading, healthcare, franchise and property customers. I have built a reputation and a track-record as a successful commercial manager, supporting and providing coaching to colleagues on structuring complex deals, credit processes and providing training around new processes ie Digital Banking. I am also the acting deputy Director for my team. I Pro-actively manage internal and external risks (KYC and KYB Reviews), understand and comply with conduct risk requirements (Credit Stewardship), ensuring high level of operational and regulatory compliance (EDR, Periodic Reviews and AML). The role involves being proactive, highly motivated and flexible with a positive attitude to learn quickly and a passion for outstanding customer service. It has enabled me to demonstrate my strong local networking and business development skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships with local professional firms and business introducers.
