Coordination with Senior Management on a national & International basis. • Develop administration department\'s strategy and plan aligned to business requirements to ensure smooth, timely and cost effective delivery of administrative services across locations. • Develop overall Budget for Facility Management Group in line with the overall Budget for company and ensure Administrative spends is within the Budget.• Oversee the upkeep of office administrative facilities such as office equipment, appliances and furniture and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements• Drive the development and deployment of Asset Management Policy for all locations across Globe.• Drive the management of Space and inventory for all locations across to ensure optimal utilization of available space.• Drive the selection, set up and management of new company Facility in the most cost effective manner ensuring satisfaction of the Senior Management as well as employees.• Oversee the acquisition, installation and commissioning of equipment that are required for the Facility. • Lead negotiation with vendors and contractors (for relevant services) to get most cost effective deals. • Drive the planning and implementation of Security Management/Policies within all Company premises to ensure safety, security & Loss Prevention of all company Assets.• Oversee the management of hospitality services such as Guest House, Resource Management, Cafeteria, Travel Booking, Pantry / VIP dining for staff and guests.• Drive the selection and management of Company Leased Offices, Warehouses, Guest houses and vehicles ensuring cost effective and satisfactory services. • Chalk out, manage & implement the BCP & DRP Plans on need basis. • Liaison with all Regulatory, Labour & Govt authorities to manage the compliance as per the business requirements.
