From the Battlefield to the Boardroom — and now, Building Future Leaders I proudly served as a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Army for 35 years — a journey marked by dedication, discipline, and deep purpose. During this time, I was honoured with 10 awards for gallantry and distinguished service. Those years shaped my resilience, sharpened my leadership, and instilled in me the power of service before self. Since 2021, I’ve transitioned into the corporate world at top management levels, where I continue to lead with integrity and purpose. But my true calling lies beyond — in teaching, coaching, and mentoring the next generation. I am passionate about guiding young professionals, future leaders, and budding entrepreneurs to find their path with confidence and clarity. I bring together my military and corporate experiences with my training as a: Certified Parent Coach Career Counsellor Happiness Coach NLP Practitioner And ultimately, a committed Life Coach I was honoured to deliver a TED Talk on a subject close to my heart — raising strong, stable, and compassionate children. I have authored two books on parenting and one on leadership, offering practical insights for modern families and emerging leaders alike. Recently, I’ve been appointed as a Mentor-of-Change by NITI Aayog (Atal Innovation Mission), where I contribute to India’s innovation ecosystem by mentoring young minds.
