As a mixed methods researcher and human factors professional, I am passionate about conducting user research that brings value and impact to my team or product, while also acting as a voice for the user. I love using different methods to dig deep into the whys and hows of human behavior, triangulate for a more holistic understanding, and use this information to reduce friction in design.
