Perform multiple biochemical and biological assays, ELISA, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot to support in-process, final product and stability testing of vaccines.• Conduct analytical testing on vaccines such as Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine, Shigella Vaccine and Group B Streptococcus Vaccine.• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) meticulously for all experimental and documentation processes.• Maintain a detailed and compliant laboratory notebook and ensure accurate documentation aligned with regulatory guidelines. • Participate in a structured performance review program conducted every six months to evaluate strengths and identify growth areas. • Set and track annual career development and team goals with quarterly check-ins conducted jointly with the manager to monitor progress. • Collaborate with the Quality Control team in a GMP-compliant environment.
