Reporting on land conflicts arising due to a variety of reasons including infrastructure projects in protected forests, contested common land-use, damage to heritage sites and the environment in the Indian state of Goa. Duties primarily include field reporting, communicating and liaising with community representatives, researching relevant statutes/legislative actions and executive directions, assessment of modalities of the conflict such as quantum of directly affected households and legal violations, as well as preparation of detailed reports of the same.
